My experience with Premiere Aesthetics has been extremely stressful and disappointing.I have been trying to get in touch with the manager or owner to raise my concerns and get the help i needed but I have no luck.
On the day of my surgery (07/08/2025), I experienced significant delays with little to no communication. I was originally scheduled for 6:30 a.m., then received a call to come at 10 a.m., followed by another call from Thalia to arrive at 11:30 a.m. Despite this, I was not seen until after waiting nearly 9 hours. No one clearly explained what was happening or what to expect, which added unnecessary anxiety. The entire experience made me feel disregarded and, honestly, discriminated against.
During my post-op visit, I expressed pain on my lower left side. Thalia dismissed my concerns by saying it was “normal,” despite the fact that she is not a doctor. I later had to visit the emergency room multiple times due to ongoing pain, and each time I was advised to follow up with my surgeon. Unfortunately, communication with the office was extremely difficult. When I called, I was repeatedly told to “call back later,” and my request for a telehealth appointment with the doctor was ignored, even though I traveled from out of town.
What was most upsetting was hearing staff speak negatively about me in Spanish, including comments about my hygiene. This was incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable in any healthcare setting.
Follow-up care is critical after surgery, especially for patients traveling from out of state, yet there was little coordination or urgency shown regarding my concerns. This lack of communication caused unnecessary stress during my recovery.
As for my results, I am not satisfied. While I understand it may still be early, there has been little visible improvement. I still have back rolls despite liposuction, even though I consistently wear my girdle and belt, remove it only to shower, and attend regular massages. Considering the amount of money I paid, the outcome and treatment I received are very disappointing.
I was asked to leave a review, and I feel it is important to be honest. I am clearly not the only patient who has had issues with Thalia’s behavior, as similar concerns are reflected in other reviews. I truly hope this office takes patient communication, professionalism, and post-operative care more seriously.
Given the high cost of the procedure, I expected far better care and communication.i paid a deposit to secure appointment and later on they called me to pay 2k to get $500 discount months before my appointment and pay the balance on the day of the appointment.
I am leaving this review because patients deserve to be heard, respected, and properly cared for—especially after surgery.

I made the perfect decision choosing this clinic. Everyone was truly an angel. I had a breast lift, and they guided me through every step of the process with so much care and professionalism. They even scheduled an extra follow-up appointment after my procedure, which many places don’t do. Thank you all for everything. I’ll definitely be recommending you to everyone!

I had a wonderful experience at Premier Aesthetic Surgery. I flew in from California and completed all of my pre-op preparations out of state, and Thalia was incredibly helpful every step of the way—even after I returned home. The facility is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them.

What an amazing experience I had with Premier Aesthetic Surgery. I recommend everyone to use this facility as they do a great job and treat patients with respect and as if they are family. If you want to look and feel your best after having surgery this is the spot to keep you feeling beautiful and looking beautiful. They will take very good care of you and they are highly intelligent and kind. All the women reminded me of my sisters and they kept me confident and very positive from start to finish. My doctor Dr. Nees and his assistant Dr. Millam were experts in this plastic surgery. They care deeply about their patients and how they are being treated. The staff members were amazing beautiful and very professional. I will always speak highly about my experience with Premier Aesthetic Surgery as they were top of the line. The anesthesiologist was very smooth in his craft and had me asleep and stable the entire surgery. This is a safe facility and they will take excellent care of you and give you the results you want and deserve. You deserve to feel and look your best and Premier Aesthetic Surgery will give you exactly what you want! They will be your friends for life! I’m so thankful I chose this surgery center and the doctors I did because I am so happy with my results and my recovery has gone amazing! The experience I had at Premier Aesthetic Surgery was amazing! The staff and providers were so professional,caring, compassionate, personable and attentive . Analia and Dr. John E Ness are the Best! They were so loving . They made sure I was comfortable and relaxed.If someone wants a make over, or wants their body to be transformed I recommend Premier Aesthetic Surgery They are truly the BEST!!!♥️🥰
