I had a tummy tuck, back, chin, and arm liposuction with Dr. Palladino and had an amazing experience! Not only are Dr. Palladino’s prices are unbeatable, he and his staff do amazing work! The amount of care and guidance I received before, Lindsay is amazing, and after, NP Vanessa came to my hotel room for lymphatic drainage massages and an IV drip, is beyond amazing! I elected for the after care nurses in my hotel room and they were also great. Shenika and Jenna from Med-Miami were very attentive and stayed over night in my room to take care of me. All of Dr. Palladino’s staff is so kind and helpful and I would never go anywhere else for any cosmetic procedures! My only regret is that I didn’t do my breasts initially with Dr. Palladino, but he will definitely be my surgeon when I get them re-done. You cannot go wrong with Top Aesthetics everyone there is the best at what they do.

I had breast lift and implant with Dr. nasseri and everything went really good! He took his time making everything look exactly how I wanted it, some doctors would do the minimum and finish but Dr. nasseri really went out his way to make everything go smooth and get the results I wanted as we talked about! he definitely cares and listen to his patients! As well as his staff is very organized and professional and they keep in touch with you before and after surgery which is great! Would definitely go back a million times if I needed anything else done! Dr. Nasseri gave me the best experience for my first surgery ever! I used to fear anything that involves needles and doctors but his staff and Dr. Nasseri definitely made me comfortable about everything and I felt 100% to get this surgery done by him. I’ll definitely recommend you go to him with confident because he will get you everything you asked for with no hesitation.

In June of 2025, I had a breast lift with silicone implants placed dual plane under the muscle, along with a GalaFlex internal mesh bra, performed by Dr. Humberto Palladino at Top Aesthetics — and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! 💕
After losing 65 pounds, I wanted to restore my breasts to their former glory — and Dr. Palladino delivered exactly what I had envisioned and more. 🙌
From start to finish, the process was seamless. The pre-surgical medical clearance was very thorough, which made me feel completely safe and cared for. I stayed two nights at their recommended hotel and also used Med Miami, and both were incredibly well organized and supportive. 🏨✨
I showed Dr. Palladino my goal photo, and he matched it perfectly. I started with a deflated D cup and now have a beautiful, full, natural-looking triple D. The gap is perfect, the cleavage is gorgeous, and the overall shape is everything I hoped for. 💫

I had an incredible experience with the Top Aesthetics team. From the moment I walked in for my pre-op appointment, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. I was understandably nervous about the procedure, but the staff quickly reassured me and made me feel confident that I was in the best possible hands.
They thoroughly walked me through both the pre- and post-operative process, clearly explaining what to expect and taking the time to understand my goals. The office itself was organized and calm, never chaotic, which made the entire experience even more comforting. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients, taking the time to ensure everyone feels informed, comfortable, and happy with their care. I am a few days post op still healing but very happy with my results so far!

Communication with the staff was incredible. They stayed on top of every detail, answered all my questions, and made me feel so comfortable and taken care of the entire time.
Lindsey, my surgical coordinator, was an absolute angel. She is SO sweet, patient, and genuinely caring. You can tell she truly loves what she does and wants you to feel confident and supported throughout the whole process. Every single staff member I interacted with was kind, professional, and welcoming, which made such a difference in calming any nerves I had and gave me the reassurance I needed.
Dr. Nasseri is truly an artist. I am beyond impressed with his work. He exceeded my expectations in every way, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for better results.
