5 STARS FOR DR.VALINA!! 3 STARS FOR SECRETS PLASTIC SURGERY. MY BODY IS SOOOO TEA... LITERALLY PERFECTION! Now to the surgery center....They are very very very disorganized and no one speaks a lick of English. This is very hard when going into surgery and the communication seems off. If you are Spanish speaking I am sure this facility would be 5/5 for you. Because I don't speak Spanish coming out of anesthesia was so scary. I was in so much pain asking for help/an update and was just met with crazy looks lol. Granted I don't think the staff is necessarily mean I just don't think they understand English. And when I say minimal amount of English I mean minimal. One young lady couldn't say yes or no. I would expect something like this out the country not in the states. BUT WHATEVER YOU DO...BOOK WITH DR. GRACE VALINA YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED!! ... it was worth the trouble. Lol

It's incredible how I've seen negative comments from patients who have had a bad experience or malpractice at this clinic, and they always respond in the worst way or justify themselves instead of giving them a solution or an apology. The worst thing is that when you sign the agreement it already loses legality, otherwise I think this clinic would not exist. I give my opinion because I always look at people's comments and experiences to have a reference. of a place... in this case I'm looking for a decent clinic to have surgery and try to get out at least as well as possible... always keep in mind for future people who want to have surgery, people's comments...

After many background searches, I decided to have my plastic surgery procedure done at the Secret Plastic Surgery in Miami. my physician Grace Valina and her surgical team acted and went beyond their surgical skills, bedside manner, exceling my post surgery into a positive impact with great results. The efficiency of the pre and post-operative care, including the staff's helpfulness and communication was amazing. Their support exceeded my expectations. As we all know, and more so in Miami, we only pray that we are in good hands with the grace of God; I am extremely satisfied. Do what only makes you and only you feel amazing. Thank you Dr. Valina and your surgical team, the Secret Plastic Surgery.

I had my Breast Lift with Gel implants done in The Secret 3 weeks ago and I want to say that I am loving my results, my doctor is Dr. Valina and she is amazing, she is very attentive, always explaining everything and making sure you are understanding. Since the beginning I was treated very well by my coordinator Gretel, she is so nice and helpful, she always answered my questions right the way and after my first consultation with the doctor she explained everything step by step and made the process so much easier. Karen was very nice to me also, my nurse Elizabeth, the anesthetist, the girl who helped me after the surgery, literally everybody! After my surgery they would answer me really quick always making sure I was doing good and recovering well. I would recommend highly. Thank you team!

I want to express how incredible Dr. Valina is as both a person and a provider, not to mention that she is a quadruple board-certified plastic surgeon. I have never experienced such love, compassion, and care throughout my life. The entire team, from the wonderful administrators to the medical staff, has shown me immense kindness and support. My coordinator Aylin has been an exceptional source of support, making me feel as though I was being cared for by a close friend.
