Just had my surgery here with Dr McDaniel and can I just say I’ve had the best experience here at Avana! Customer service was superb. The entire staff has amazing energy and they’re so responsive to me. Never have I ever not been able to reach them. And the facility is ultra clean. I’d definitely come here again for any of my next surgeries!! Thank you so much avana

I could not be more pleased with my experience at Avana. The pleasant staff turned what could be a nerve wracking experience into a comfortable and overall amazing experience. Almost everyone I encountered (front desk, anesthesiologist, massage therapist, etc) were thoughtful and nice.
Special shout out to two individuals. Maria Aristigueta, my pre-op coordinator. Maria went way above and beyond to make sure every concern, question, and request was addressed throughout the entire process. She relayed questions to the doctor and put my mind at ease all the way through surgery.
Lastly, Dr. Stephanie Luster. I came all the way to Avana from out of state specifically because of the work Dr. Luster has on display on social media. All I can say is my results turned out great and I made a great decision picking her as my surgeon. She is gifted, talented, and a superstar as far as I’m concerned.

Worse place ever to have a surgery. The communication between the dr, coordinator and anesthesiologist is awful. They wait until you get down here and spend thousands of dollars to tell you that your surgery is canceled because the anesthesiologist just looked at your file and won’t approve you..even though you sent in labs and paperwork a month ago. They harass you to pay and then require you to pay an additional $300 for pregnancy, drug and alcohol test which they NEVER did. Just a complete waste of my time and thousands of dollars. Nobody even called to tell me my surgery was cancelled. My coordinator called asking me how did I want my refund and I was confused as to what she was talking about…come to find out they cancelled me and I never knew. I was waiting by my phone on a time for surgery not knowing that it was cancelled anyway. I hate that I chose this place, genuinely. My surgery was scheduled with Dr Shane McDaniel. Now I have to wait months to get my money back :)
