Amazing service from the front desk all the way down to the nurses and doctors. They were so sweet and very helpful they made my process so smooth & eased the anxiety a lot. Everyone is genuine and the massage was great minimum pain. This was my very first surgery ever and I’m so glad I chose them!!

I had the best experience with Dr. Jonathan Cook he was very thorough and honest. I also received the best massage with Olga. She made me feel much better and explained everything as she went.

I would never ever book another Surgery with them ever again. I feel like I was played. I booked the Surgery day for March 24, 2026 and the doctor that I was first going with was Dr. Barmen they told me that he doesn’t do second rounds of BBL’s back in 2023. I went and got a BBL from Miami life plastic surgeon Best place I could ever go to so I received a call from Dolls and they told me that The other doctor that I have picked, he basically canceled on me so I had to pick two more people which goes back to me picking the doctor that I wanted to get, which was Dr. Berman And then you had Dr. Jonathan so I picked who I pick two days later they called me and say hey we need your labs and they say oh we can get them out of your my chart. I just need your login so I’m not thinking anything of it I’m thinking that would be faster the whole time they went through everything that was in my my charts and I feel like they lied to make it seem like I wasn’t healthier enough to have my surgery and all means the doctor that I picked he doesn’t do second round BBL‘s so I feel like they made that as an excuse to not perform my surgery and I’ve heard from other multiple people when they did the Black Friday sale they’ve been canceling a lot of people surgeries so I would never go back through them ever again. I should’ve just went back to Miami life plastic surgeon.

My experience has been super excellent. I got a lipo 360 and bbl done with Dr. Jonathan and let me tell you that he is the best he listens to his patients and does exactly what they want! The staff here has been super amazing, these girls are the best by the way! They will always make you feel at home and super special. I recommend Dolls plastic surgery

Majority of staff is rude. No post op instructions were given before or after procedure. My prescriptions were put in 30mins AFTER my surgery and had to wait in pain in the car for almost 3 hours for them to be ready. I got attitude at my post op appointment day after surgery because I was taking my prescribed pain killers - obviously in pain and I stated that I wasn’t given instructions and didn’t know I wasn’t supposed to be taking them and the girl replied with “that’s why I’m telling you now” she also minimized my pain and told me that 50 year olds are more active than me. I found that comment unnecessary and unprofessional as each body is different. There’s plenty more occurrences that I found unprofessional with the staff. There were only a handful that were really sweet and helpful but majority make you feel stupid.
