When I start to look for a cosmetic surgery I red and review many different site.
The vastity of information available are as much informative as confusing.
It took me a good three years to establish what I was really looking for, and how I wanted done in my over 50ths body.
Beside the financial aspect, surgery can actually go wrong.
So, from reading information and reviews, I started to look for the clinic that would accomplish my desired change.
A lot require down payment so that they can have you decide for them since you already spent some money there.
" Shopping" for a clinic is not easy.
I downsized my research to three of them. I went to their clinic, talked to the surgeons and the people that actually helped you before, and supposedly after the surgery.
Some look at you as a money transfer, not a person.
I finalize with the one that had all the review and the experienced level combine with a financial aspect that made possible to do a good surgery in USA as well as in Colombia.
Here I was greeted by Yessica. She is what a nicknamed the Fixer, you have a question a problem a doubt and she will find all the option and solution to grant a easy and fluid experience.
The second person I was introduce is Yasmine, the woman of medical knowledge, she will grant you again with expertise and immediate answers.
Those 2 persons were the first during my search that make me feel, welcome and at easy with the entire process.
When I finally met the surgeons, and assistants Reyes and Alberto and Orta and Roberto, the case was closed. I felt cared and supported not a bill sign to take in, but a woman that want to better her life physically and consequently emotionally.
I had more that one surgery done, my upper eyelid and a couple of weeks later a 360 Lipo with full Jplasma and a small BBL.
Every txt message wrote to Yessica was answered, every doubt and healing question was taken care no matter the day and time. Yessica went over and behind to help with the process.
The friendly yet/and professional clinic made the entire process a positive and supportive experience.
I am lucky to be in the hand of Yanet for the Lymphatic massages. The first ones are painful, no other way to describe them. Yanet work resilient with your body, conforming and administering the right touch to make the must needed Lymphatic massages a positive experience.
I waited to write a review to actually have a full experience to write about. Is a month now from the eyelid and 20 days after the abdominal and rear procedure and I can finally refer them to anyone that wants to go through something so personal as a cosmetic surgery. We have one body and is a must to be able to trust the people that will make the change for you.
The after care is still going on, my massages, my questions and the impatient moment that comes with healing process.
As Jessica, and every one in the staff really told me, "follow the instruction and trust the process".

Perfect attention great customer service. The surgeon was very attentive and very informational. They’re very professional and I love my results. I got a mommy makeover and I’m just in love. They went ahead and snatched my waist and my breast are amazing. I would recommend them over and over again

I'm very happy with my results. Healing process is going well and I'm very happy and I'm only 2 weeks post op. the comfort and safety I felt by choosing this facility they make me feel super comfortable. Jasmine and her team was phenomenal and I will recommend my family and friends to go over there. It’s a 10 out of 10 best in care. They made me feel at home when I was there. Everyone that works at your cosmetic surgery & spa was amazing.

PLEASE BEWARE!
I only gave 1 star because 0 stars is not an option!
When I say, "You get what you pay for!" I mean just that.....I had a breast lift with reduction, lipo 360, and my arms lipo. My breast after 1 year post op need another breast lift with reduction per another doctor I have spoken to. They stated, if it wasn't for the scarring, it looks as though I never had any procedure done on my breast.They look worst now than they did before the surgery. I am so upset that I have to do this procedure all over again because Dr. Reyes clearly didn't know what he was doing. The scarring is horrible and the areola around the nipple is the size of a 50 cent piece. My left boob is a B cup and the right boob is a D cup. Very noticeable, to the fact I have to add a cup to the smaller one to make them look even in my clothes. My back fat is still visible in certain places, the fat under my boobs was never lipo, and my arms are still flabby after lipo. I will NOT refer these people to anyone, please stay clear unless you want to waste your money. Pics have been sent to their Coordinator, Ariadna
