Megan, the surgical coordinator, was truly a blessing throughout this journey. She was professional, patient, and always willing to answer my questions. Nurses Stephanie and Maria were incredibly compassionate and kind-they treated me with such empathy and warmth that I never once felt like "just another patient " I felt seen, heard, and genuinely cared for.
My visit with the Dr. left me feeling reassured and confident in my decision. Every concern I had was addressed with care, and everything was explained thoroughly. I never felt rushed-only supported.
What touched me the most is how this team treats you as a person first. They go above and beyond to make you feel safe, respected and valued. The level of attention and loving care I received meant more to me than I can express.
I am beyond grateful and truly a very happy patient. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering Cosmetic Surgery.

Everything you could want in a surgery center! I had an eye procedure done here and was beyond pleased with my experience. The nurse Maria and the whole team made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Maria explained all of my pre and post op instructions in detail and answered all of my questions. You are in great hands here!

Had an amazing experience at New Image! Maria and Dr. Tran are absolutely fabulous, and the entire surgical team is wonderful. They took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process and truly make you feel supported from start to finish. The care doesn’t stop after surgery either, and the post-op follow-ups are incredibly thoughtful and appreciated. I can’t recommend them enough!

My experience here was nothing less than stellar. The surgery center is a warm and inviting place with staff who treat you like family. They explain everything very well and give detailed instructions about what you’re going to experience before and after your surgery. They are on call 24/7 for you if you have problems or issues and will see you in the office as needed. I highly recommend New image cosmetic surgery. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future.

My trans son underwent top surgery with Dr Gallagher here and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care he received. Meghan the front desk assistant was wonderful, explained documents clearly, listening to our concerns and showing care. The facility was spotless, like new. Maria the nurse went over everything step by step and helped his anxiety. The Anesthesiologist explained every detail and what to expect, and the final star Dr Gallagher was so caring and detailed. Kept us informed and provided all the information we needed. We were very impressed. Highly recommend for any surgery.
