From the start of my journey with my consultation the staff at 305 was very attentive and helpful. They answered every single question I had and never missed a call. I even received a call from Dr.Nosrati himself before my surgery to explain the procedure to me, ask follow up questions and ask if I had any questions or concerns. That alone meant the world to me knowing that I wasn’t just another number in his book. The day of my surgery, there wasn’t a waiting room full of people or chaos of any kind. It was very calm, clean quiet and peaceful. My appointment was at 7am I was in the back by 7:05, speaking with the Dr by 7:10 and in the operation room by 7:30. When I woke up I was greeted by the same friendly faces I remembered seeing before I went under anesthesia. Dr.Nosrati even stopped by to let me know everything went fine, how many liters of fat he was able to remove and that my goal was achieved. I had very little to no pain since the facility filled my prescription in house. I was able to eat, nap, go get ice cream and take a walk on the beach the same day of my surgery and I have a very oow tolerance for pain. Thank you so much Dr.Nosrati! I am more than pleased with my results! You really outdid yourself and I will be recommending you and 305 to anyone interested in getting any kind of plastic surgery. You and your staff are truly heaven sent. Thank you again everyone at 305.

Incredible massage experience every time! My massage therapist is truly amazing — professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. She always take the time to listen to what I need and tailor the session perfectly. I leave each appointment feeling completely relaxed, rejuvenated, and free of tension. The atmosphere is calming, and their skill level is unmatched. I can honestly say these massages have made a huge difference in my overall well-being. I have had the worst experience with this office recently. Dr. Brewsters direct office to be exact. I paid a deposit and booked a procedure through Nathalie with Dr. Brewster specifically back on November 4th. My scheduled surgery date is January 20th. Just yesterday, over a month after booking I received a text message, not even a proper phone call but a text message from his nurse named Willmary letting me know that Brewster has reviewed my case and does not wish to proceed with my surgery because he is not comfortable doing so. Before booking and shortly after I asked both Nathalie and Willmary if Dr.Brewster was knowledgeable about my specific case and if this was something he has experience working on . Both ladies assured me that Yes Dr.Brewster was the best choice. Now fast forward to a month away from my surgery date his office is trying to hold my deposit and switch me over to another doctor that I did not request nor have any knowledge of. Surgery is a life threatening procedure to endure and should not be taken lightly. I can not imagine being forced to undergo surgery with a doctor I am not comfortable with! It’s insane ! Nathalie harassed me quite literally in the beginning when she wanted my money but now that I am asking for a refund she is no longer responding . They just want your money and don’t care about your well being at all. I am owed a refund of my deposit due to the fact that the doctor I requested is not able to perform my surgery. There was no wrong doing on my part however this office and Dr.Brewster’s whole staff specifically is very distasteful. I will never book with them again they are scammers.
